My husband and I were delighted with this 5 star hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Home away from home atmosphere. Room service, the luxury room, housekeeping and cleaning was always top! Excellent breakfast options and lovely views whilst enjoying. Thank you to Yukle, Khadija, Jayson, Hinin and Susan who were always alert and taking care of our needs in the restaurant area. Thank you Andaz we are looking forward to returning!!!

I had an excellent stay at Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi by Hyatt during a business trip. The hotel is truly stunning—both from the outside and the inside. The architecture is iconic, and the interior design is creative, modern, and refreshingly different, which makes the stay feel special from the moment you arrive. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need. Comfort and functionality are clearly a priority, which is especially appreciated during a business stay. What truly stands out is the staff. The team is exceptionally friendly, professional, and always smiling, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere throughout the hotel. Breakfast was delicious and well-varied, with high-quality options. The service in the restaurant was outstanding—staff members are proactive and attentive, often checking on guests’ needs without having to be called, which reflects a high level of hospitality. One small suggestion for improvement: given the hotel’s prime location and the large number of business travelers who leave early in the morning, it would be great if breakfast could start at 6:30 AM instead of 7:00 AM. Overall, a fantastic hotel experience that I highly recommend, especially for business travelers visiting Abu Dhabi.

I stayed at the Andaz for a few days and had an absolutely exceptional experience. Everything was truly well done, from the atmosphere to the service, and we felt genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. I would especially like to highlight four people who made a lasting impression on us: Khaing, Yukta, Su, and Khadija, whom we had the pleasure of meeting during the breakfast buffet. They were simply outstanding. Their kindness, warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made all the difference. Breakfast quickly became one of our favorite moments of the day — our children were even excited to go back every morning just to see their smiles again. That says a lot. Another team member at reception was also wonderful. We had simply come to ask for the menu, and she spontaneously offered cookies to the children. It was such a generous and unexpected gesture. She was incredibly warm and made that moment even more special for our family. The service overall also deserves special recognition: the teams were incredibly helpful, including the valet service and the bell staff. Everyone, without exception, showed great kindness and a strong sense of service. They were always offering assistance, whether with our luggage or organizing transportation, and taxis were arranged very quickly. Everything felt smooth, easy, and pleasant — it truly contributed to making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast itself deserves a special mention: the variety is impressive, the quality of the products is outstanding, and everything was absolutely delicious. We truly enjoyed every single meal. If I had to mention one small point for improvement, it would be the jacuzzi system. I had to call several times for it to work, and despite following the instructions given, it only functioned properly twice during our entire stay. A more seamless or reliable system would make the experience even better. That said, our stay was absolutely incredible. The level of service — especially at reception and during breakfast — was remarkable. We leave with wonderful memories and would happily return. Thank you for such a beautiful experience.

After a stay at the St Regis and Shangri La I have to say… thank you for a great stay. Super modern, super pleasant hotel. The suite was great, super spacious, quiet and relaxing. A huge thank you to Frew, who is a huge asset to the hotel. He truly was the best person on site. Big thanks to Moin also, who is super helpful and friendly. I will be back!
