I visit this hotel for 2–3 days every year, and it continues to exceed my expectations each time. The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and extremely comfortable, while the hotel’s facilities and amenities are of a very high standard. It’s clear that great care is taken to ensure guests have a pleasant and relaxing stay. I would like to give special recognition to Mr. Ilgin, who works in the breakfast area and at the bar. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and always greets guests with warmth and professionalism. His friendly personality truly makes a difference and adds a special touch to the overall experience. I would also like to thank Mr. Mazlum for his outstanding service. He is polite, helpful, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied. His positive attitude and dedication do not go unnoticed. In addition, Ms. Hilal at the reception deserves special appreciation. She is highly professional, efficient, and genuinely guest-focused. Her courteous and approachable manner makes every interaction smooth and reassuring.
Such a nice hotel! The room is spacious, bed and pillows are comfortable. We are family of three and have enough room to move around. The hotel has a small swimming pool - my kid loves it so much. They even have pilates room and 24 hours gym. Breakfast is lovely and the staff are so attentive everywhere. Location is great, close by to restaurants and car rentals office. A big thank you for receptionist staff: Kutay and Mazlum who have been helpful and also breakfast staff: Betul, Elif and Ilgin who are very attentive and welcoming. Thank you so much ❤️❤️
We stayed at the Renaissance Izmir as a group of six friends. The hotel was kind enough to arrange all our separate rooms on the same floor, which made our stay much more enjoyable. The location is incredibly central and convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are very spacious and the beds are remarkably comfortable. One of the most interesting and pleasant features was the Turkish bath style shower in the bathroom; it was a unique and high quality touch. Even though we only used the hotel as a base for sleeping and visited the rooftop bar for one evening, we were very impressed. Despite the central location, the soundproofing is perfect and no outside noise gets in. I highly recommend it for both groups and solo travelers.
I have the pleasure of staying at this hotel 2–3 days every year with my fiance and each time my experience is consistently excellent. The rooms are always spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the overall facilities of the hotel are outstanding. Everything is organized with attention to detail, making every stay relaxing and enjoyable. I would especially like to mention Mr. Ilgin, who works in the breakfast area and at the bar. He is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. His positive attitude and attentiveness truly enhance the guest experience and make you feel valued. I would also like to commend Ms. Hilal at the reception desk. She demonstrates a highly professional and guest-oriented approach, always attentive, polite, and efficient. Her professionalism combined with her warm, personal manner makes every interaction smooth and pleasant. Overall, the entire staff is wonderful, and their dedication to excellent service is clearly reflected in every aspect of the hotel. I look forward to returning again next year. Highly recommended!
Exceptionally comfortable hotel and extremely attentive staff. The bed was very comfortable. Every member of the staff was helpful and friendly which really made our stay so great. The spa was lovely and had evening appointments which made it easy to get services even on a work trip. My only negative comment is that the restaurant is very overpriced for not great food. But the good location means there are alot of yummy restaurants within walking distance.
