Perfect location, close to everything. 2 minute walk to the gondola and about 5 minute walk to the lakefront. The free mini bar, snacks and happy hour were amazing and the staff are super friendly. Beautiful rooms, gorgeous wallpaper and furniture, really comfy beds. The common area for happy hour is nice and cozy too. Will definitely stay again.

Great hotel with super service. We stayed here 3 nights. Call out for Bryan the manager who is the nicest, most helpful person we’ve met over 3 weeks of travelling in New Zealand.

Small inn near gondola. Great staff, nice room, good location with an easy downhill walk to the downtown restaurants and attractions. Have happy hour in a comfortable sitting room, with wine, beer and snacks. We asked about a laundry machine, and the staff volunteered to do it for us! Very minor downside is there is onsite parking for maybe 3 cars, so you are either parking on the street or a nearby car park. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

We loved this place, central to Queenstown and easy walking to the attractions. The rooms were groovy but need a little TLC. They have a free wine/beer happy hour which was a delight.

Overrated and overpriced (in line with the rest of town). Half the rooms have no views or privacy to speak of, facing the street sidewalk. Bring ear plugs for street noise and slamming doors. Rooms need some upkeep. No staffed reception. Basic breakfast included in rates although hours are rather limited. Total of five (payable) parking spaces for entire property. On the plus side, a complementary room minibar and decent bath amenities.
