Great service, very good rooms and beds. The staff is very helpful and kind. The roommates were very friendly. The showers always have warm water and the bathrooms were clean. There are parties on the rooftop to help people know each other and have a good time drinking wine and eating some empanadas.

Great hostel. I was in a 4 bed mixed dorm and it was great. My room had a good sized locker for each person (bring your own lock of course). The common room was super nice with a good nice looking kitchen as well. Also on the top floor (where the common space is) there is a roof top terrace that looks over patio Bellavista. Great hostel.

Comfy beds, very large lockers, very strong WiFi which reaches the rooms. Breakfast was basic but was nice to be on the rooftop. Reception team was great! Helped us check in at 2am and directed us to find food at that time to! Helped us book many tours at a reasonable price. On suite bathroom was large and decent for a 6 bed dorm, only issue is that it could have been cleaned more than once a day. The area is great but it is near busy bars and your room mates will come in during the night drunk. We had this every night.

This is nice place to visit to Santiago for hostel user. I stayed 2 nights but I found great points about this hostel. 1. Towel is complementary ...as you know hostel doesn't have towel and long traveller has to bring their own towel, but this hostel is very kind to them. 2. Breakfast is delicious...most of hostels include breakfast and sometimes it may not nice, but it was so nice breakfast for me. Also stuff washed my dishes because this is her job, her said. Though shower room is not so many, and a little bit far from downtown, very cleanliness room, I'm very satisfied for this hostel. From hostel to downtown just USD5 by taxi. I strongly recommend this hostel.

Extremely clean, professional, not a party hostel but it's a good place to meet new people and have a good time. Centrally located next to a university and many types of food/nightlife all in different price ranges. Staff is helpful. Bathrooms are one to every two rooms to avoid huge lines. Seriously refreshing considering some of the dumps I've seen.
