I had a wonderful one-week stay at Hostes Palau Del Mar and can highly recommend it. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. They truly made me feel at home throughout my stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and exceptionally well maintained. My room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and I especially appreciated receiving fresh towels twice a day, which was a very nice touch and added to the overall comfort. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh and high-quality options every morning. Another major advantage is the hotel’s central location, making it easy to explore the city and reach all the main attractions. Overall, everything about my stay was positive. Excellent service, wonderful staff, spotless rooms, great breakfast, and a perfect location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Wonderful Stay at Hospes Palau de la Mar, Valencia We were very happy with our three-night stay at Hospes Palau de la Mar. It was everything we could have wanted and more – providing everything we needed, including plenty of thoughtful touches we didn't even realise we needed. We spent time in the spa and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The public areas were beautiful, comfortable, and welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere throughout the hotel. The staff were exceptional – warm, kind, polite, and always happy to help. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of high-quality options to choose from each morning. Our room was incredibly well-equipped and full of useful amenities. I especially fell in love with the luxurious robe, the excellent air conditioning, and the wonderfully bouncy pillows, which made for a fantastic night's sleep. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Valencia and would love to return in the future.
We had an incredible experience at Palau de mar. The staff absolutely made our stay for the 4 nights we were there. They were so accomodating and made us feel so welcome throughout. The hotel is beautifully styled and so clean. We had the half board option for all 4 nights and didn’t regret it - spectacular flavours and presentations. Although it was the same menu, we enjoyed trying all the options. Do yourself a favour and try the vaina de cacao for dessert - we loved it so much we had it every night! It was a fantastic location, so close to the Turia Gardens and so much to explore close by. We also enjoyed a drink on some afternoons in the calm and tranquil courtyard inside the hotel. We are already looking to book again.
A gorgeous hotel in an amazing location! I booked this hotel as a package with Love holidays and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel staff are always happy to help and cheerful, upon arrival we were able to leave our bags as our room wouldn’t be ready for a few hours & they actually called me whilst we were out exploring to say the room was ready early! We got some great recommendations for local restaurants from staff and were provided with a map of the local area. The spa is small but incredibly clean and relaxing with a sauna, steam room and jet pool, you do have to book your 1hr time slot in advance but that’s more than enough time to enjoy the facilities. Breakfast was fresh and the service was wonderful. We didn’t use the bar much but we did have cocktails one evening and these tasted great (better than some of the local bars)! Rooms are kept extremely clean, the cleaners are very thorough and the beds are so comfortable & huge! Valencia as a whole has been my favourite city break so far and when I do decide to return I will certainly be booking to stay at this fabulous hotel again!
Great location close to old town, Turia Gardens and Tram/Metro/Bus. Beds were super comfy and we used the Nespresso/Krups machine in the room every day. We liked the free, daily bottle of filtered water too. Breakfast buffet was just ok. It would run out of food later on in the morning and take ages to re-stock. There are lots of places for breakfast around the hotel so if you're not in a rush, I'd skip the hotel buffet breakfast. We had dinner and lunch in the hotel and the food was good, along with a very nice G&T. Other big caveat is bring ear plugs. The hotel doors are all set to "slam" so any time someone on the floor leaves their room and doesn't catch it, there is a loud bang. It woke us up many times. Street noise was minimal as the patio doors were well insulated. We couldn't get the room temperature cool enough at night (hotel did try but couldn't get it any cooler than 22.5C). Huge bath but tiny shower with rain head which took ages to heat up. Overall, we had a nice stay.
